Recognises I'm in Australia but will only let me put in domestic US shipping?

I'm logged into the Australia site, my account region is set as Australia, my item location is set as Australia. Yet for one item (JUST one item so far), I cannot create a listing for it without the starting time being set as PDT time zone (set as local time zone in other listings of mine). I also cannot calculate shipping, as my dimensions are set as inches, weight set as llbs and oz, it will only accept a USA zip code (not an Australian post code) and my only shipping options being listed as various domestic USPS, UPS, and FedEx options.

I can convert metric package sizes, and set the listing to "start now" - but I cannot get around the zip code and the postal options.

Genuinely cannot figure out why this is occuring, and for just one item - read the category may be the issue, but changing that hasn't made a different either. Otherwise google and ebay website are no help. Anyone suggest a fix?

Is it reverting to a US template ? 

Did you notice if you had to sign in again ?

Can only suggest the obvious, clear cookies n temp internet files, clear browser history and restart computer.

Use Chrome, Edge Or Firefox if using IE.

Tried all of those things, now even my new listings are also defaulting to US settings despite being logged into, and having everything set as, Australia. Hasn't been asking me to log in again during the listing process.

It sounds like you are trying to list on the US site.....maybe it is defaulting there even though you are on the AU site.
