Responding to eBay Messages

G'day,

Im having some issues responding to eBay messages, from the time I click "Reply" it can take upto 20-40 seconds untill I am able to start typing, Im having this issue across multiple browsers. (IE 11 - Firefox 42.0)

I have no ad blokcing software, no scripts / add ons / plugins running, I have deleted all cookies history etc I have reset both IE and Firefox to default settings,  I *did have the browser protect function on Trend Micro running which I have since disabled and am still experiencing the issue.

Any thoughts?
