SELLERS FAVORITE PICS NOT SHOWING ON EBAY.COM.AU HELP PLEASE

Nine months later and still my photos are not showing up on eBay.com.au but are on the US site when I try to show my sellers top favourite picks. I have had people following me telling me only the text is showing and not the pictures

I have been on the phone and emailing eBay constantly since October 2013 and still nothing, they are just passing the buck, do not reply or send me identical emails that are of no use what so ever.

Is anyone else having this problem still or just noticing it now? I have cleared my cache and cookies tried 2 different browsers, 3 different computers in different locations and the photos still will not show.

They are all there when I click on markeing tools, add sellers favorite seller top picks but as soon as I try to put a photo of an item listed on eBay Australia all you see is text no photo. If I click on a photo I have listed on the US site, not a problem all 4 show up.

For goodness sake eBay have just put it in the too hard basket can someone please help me here as it is really affecting my sales and my followers have dropped off by the dozens. Thanks in advance
