Suddenly I'm getting an Access Denied page when I try to go to the main ebay.com.au domain. Why?

As per the thread title, when I try to go shopping or view my ebay page, I get an access denied page with the following text or similar...

Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http:// www .ebay.com.au/myb/Summary ?" on this server.
