System Glitch?

G'day all : ) By following up on delayed receipt of purchases made recently, I've just discovered the system changed my default mailing address to one I kept on file. So far, it's cost me postage fees paid as one parcel was returned to the USA and one other is also on it's way to the filed address, instead of my nominated postal address. Has anyone experienced this? Cheers, CM.
