The amount of old data in my account are making it impossible to enter a new password as the new pas

Where some one will take notice and help  as we have been having problems still even though I have a 15 year registration + 100% rating throughout that time I...I have engaged a proffessional on ebay by phone and I have paid a proffessional on my P.C here at a high cost and I was rewarded by a password to match my long time user name enjoycarpenter.. One day later I was able to log on and I thought Great and went ahead to clean up my account make some small purchases to prove all was well...logged off and checked and  it was fine even though I had left off for some time because of the hacking of my account and the setting up of an account in paypal as a seller that was the most disturbance I have ever experienced on the net...Which in turn proves my case in as much I had a reasonably new p.c and decided to remove every bit of data onto a hard drive and take the the p.c off line and purchase another new one...Can you imagine my horror when I went onto set up my accounts that the passwords were not acceptable with e/bay/ google/microsoft/ to mention 3 that are very important...I then researched and found a link that states REMOVE ALL OR PART OF YOUR HISTORY which I jhave to locate again through my error of not saving the information...Micro soft stated they would put the matter hold for 30 days and if I made a REPLY I WOULD STATE    you may deter for 30 years it will not change anything until YOU REMOVE THE OLD DATA SO NEW PASSWORDS CAN BE PRESENTED with a NEW USERNAME and that is the final word...I rely on EBAY to be the FIRST ONE TO FOLLOW my reserch and make the CHANGES as mentioned...Thanking you in anticipation.I remain your sincerley...enjoycarpenter...Ken Lomas.
