Tracking Issues

Hi,

I have two issues.

Firstly, I purchased an item on the 16 June and I have yet to recieve it.  The estimated time of delivery was given between 25 Jun - 3 July.

Secondly, when I try to track it I get an error - 'Sorry your neither the buyer or seller of this item',..
