My accound has been locked for no reason. Ebay is asking for phone call verification. When I trigger the phone call sometimes I get a call sometimes not. When it does work a recorded voice says: "If you were expecting this call press the pound symbol." which I did, but the bot did not register it and asked again. So I did it again three times. It didn't seem to register then it hung up on me. Now my account is still locked for no reason. And the call system, which ebay is insitiing I use (and is clearly broken) won't load either because I just use it. Says try again later.
Does anyone know if there any way around this nonsense?
