We received 4 improper feedbacks from one of our customer, can ebay remove it for us?

Dear eBay Seller Customer Support,

We have received 4 improper feedbacks from one of our customers, whose buyer ID is redband007.

The item ID is #281350065321, maybe there is something wrong with it.

And the comment is Size doesn't match description, 4" off the waist size and doesn't fit me!

He bought 4 pants with size L from us, and we measured our size before its shipment, Whose picture is enclosed in the attachments.

In the description, the size is as follows:

Waist circumference: 80CM,32“
Length: 66CM,25.9"

Please have a check of it.

So we think whether you remove the improper feedbacks for us.
