What's with the weird embedded pdf document? Seems to appear under Video Game Consoles

When selecting Shop by Category, selecting Video Games and Consoles, then in the side bar selecting Video Game Consoles a weird embedded pdf is at the bottom of the page. Unsure if its malicious, I wasn't going to test on my computer. Not sure if this is the place to post this but I couldn't find a place to email ebay directly.
