Trying to purchase a PC upgrade package containing Motherboard, CPU and memory, when I hit buy now I am getting a message saying I do not meet the requirements of the seller and they need me to complete phone verification (first time I have had this happen), then goes on about needing it to register as a seller, when I'm a buyer....... so I start the process get my code enter it and the page just stalls on this address:

So how do I get this fixed so I can continue buying my goods?
Just used to hitting buy now selecting payment and being done with it.
