Since last week 10 items I have purchased in the last 3 months have disappeared totally from my account. Under Purchased History "recent" and "archived 2013" they are gone.
Items I purchased before this are still showing in archive 2013 as is the last item I bought just 3 weeks ago but everything else in between are just gone. Have reported twice to technical issues but no response and items still missing. Any advice?
