Why does my cart show unpaid item invoice that can't be deleated when i have paid for my items

I just purchased quite a few items from an ebay seler today and my cart wil not let me delete the items as it still shows that they are unpaid for ,despite them being in my purchased item folder and the first afterpay sum already being taken , There is no where I can see to access help for this problem as Ebay is impossible to contant unless you are complaining about a seller .

This system really needs fixing , how do i get rid of 38 items from my cart if it wont let me.

Please give me a hand Ebay or atleast have live chat or a number to call for HELP

Each item should have a remove button in the cart.

If it's the reminder bell, ignore it as it gives wrong info all the time.
