You would need to question eBay

Fellow buyers and sellers cannot explain 'why' when you come in all huffy and give us zero information to go on

If you have not been given any notice at all, how do you know your account is restricted as such?

The seller in question may have you on their blocked buyer list

Or the seller could have limits on how much/many a buyer can buy from them within a certain time frame

It could be a glitch

According to me my account is up to date,  receipt  date 01/07/2021 for $12.65 and eBay said that the account is overdue, my account is now restricted. please advise did you receive the payment.

No, nobody here received your payment as it would not have been made to other members

eBay do not read here, please be aware anyone who emails you (you have posted on a public forum, viewable to anyone in the world who has internet) will only be a scammer

Do not send payment to anyone who sends you an email. claiming to be eBay and wanting you to resend the money

I have asked a mod to remove your email address, but sometime it can take several hours for them to respond to reports
