Why is New Zealand omitted from the drop-down list of countries available to sellers?

The failure to include New Zealand in the menu of countries available for sellers seems odd, and frequently prevents my bidding from New Zealand , to the regret of sellers and myself.   I cannot find an avenue to contact Ebay admin over this matter.
