Are you sending emails to eBay asking questions (if so, it is amazing you are getting a reply at all, let alone so quickly) those emails are an auotmated bot service which rarely spits out a response
Or do you mean the automated emails letting you know you have been outbid on something?
From memory there is something in a member's setting about notifications (if they are in real time etc)
