Please advise why I am experiencing multi opening of an item when I have only opened the item once. This is still happenning after months of inquiry.
I open an item go to back arrow and it want let me return, so I hold on the back arrow to open all previous and it shows that I have entered into the last item numerous times. I believe this is causing me a substantial number of repeat download.
Any constructive help/assistance/advise would be appreciated.
