Ever since eBay seemed it necessary to change its appearance it doesn't load on any of my devices. What is going on? To bad for those that run online businesses through eBay. Especially one PayPal feel the need to hold onto our money even after the sale has been made and you have received positive feedback. PayPal is taking their commission and then holding your money to run it on the short term money market. I hope eBay find a more honest money transaction system more honest than PayPal.
