block a member sending harassing emails

i have a member who is sending me nuicanse emails because they disagree with how ive listed an item, i have reported this as it has almost become a case of stalking. i couldnt find this seller on ebay but his full email details  of <Removed> are available if ebay investigate this. Will they be able to put a stop to this or can i take steps to block him myself ? thank you

Add the member to your Blocked Bidders List and tick the box to stop any communication from them as well.

Hover over account tab, select site prefs and buyer requirements.

Then to the right select show and edit.

At the bottom is your BBL and you can also set up blocks to prevent serial non payers from bidding on your items.
