I have requested a refund. That's accepted by buyer. Item was returned over a week ago. eBay has receipted the return has been made, but now asked me if I have received my refund.
I have not, despite I am told that should happen within 3 days. There is no reply link to eBay's question. In fact the the question comes in a message that states don't directly reply to that message.
Yet I can NOT see any way I can respond to the question directly back to eBAY
My complaint is that eBAY makes it extremely hard for buyers to contact them directly. even the link to Contact eBAY only brings up heap of other boxes to click.
I got onto Chat customer service, finally. 1 response asking how I was after saying she was there to help.. then nothing else for 20 minutes, then call disconnected - Fantastic service....NOT!!
there is no "Chat" on drawn down of the Help section! no such option.
Select help at the top of the page then scroll down to chat.
