condition drop-down

Hi, I am having problems with the Condition drop-down on a listing I am trying to modify.

It won't let me change or save listing. I am trying to select "Used" but there is no option. Please help!!

As sandy said......

You can sell them but you must be able to prove they still meet ASS which usually means they need to be tested - or as new the ASS must be current

I am not 100% sure, but I did'nt think used baby seats were allowed to be sold on eBay?

I could be thinking of somewhere else

Did it have any bids on it?

If so, that could be another reason
