I am having a lot of trouble contacting and using eBay.
i wish to report an item I bought which is not working but the seller is not willing to deal with the problem. I have a phone which I cannot make phone calls with and while he accepts its faulty, he sdays he cannot get a refund from his supplier as the back of the phne has a crack in it, which we reported before we sent it back.

I have tried through ebay complaints but it wont let me as the seller told me to send it back so I did and as far as eBay are concered the matter is over, however I have no refund. I wanted to exchange it for a phone that works.
Could you please respond to me by email so we can have this matter properly dealt with.

eBay staff do not read here
Nor do they email buyers about problems
When you sent the phone back did you follow the proper eBay process? or just from the seller telling you to send it back?
If you did not follow the proper process (and forgo using the tools in place to protect buyers) I doubt much can be donw
Was there any reason for not opening an item not as described dispite since the seller was not willing to help, and a liar?
The seller is in Malaysia and there feedback is far from great
Interesting someone else (unless yourself under another name) posted about the exact same issue with the same item from the same seller yesterday
And they also 'just sent it back' without following the corrrect procedure for doing so
