eBay and Paypal error

Hi,

Does anyone experience Paypal error as a seller?

Buyer contacted me saying he received a notification stating Seller not accepting any payment. 

I went through my listing and revised the listing, and there is an error message "Paypal email - Email address cannot be used for Paypal payments at this time.

AFAIK buyers can still use paypal, it may be an error the buyers end, so they should contact paypal.  Don't let any buyer offer an offsite transaction, your listings show other ways to pay.
