hi has anyone been spamed by a website called downloadnsave everytime i try to get onto ebay i get a million ads i have tried to block this

hi has anyone been spammed by a site called ADS BY DOWNLOADNSAVE? i have tried everything from blocking this site to telling ebay but i cant get rid of this everytime i go to my ebay i get a million ads opening!!  has anyone had this happen to you? i have all the latest security etc
