Firstly contact the seller to see if they are prepared to assist.
If it is within 45 days of purchase and you paid with PayPal you can open an Item not as described case to get a replacement or refund.
Outside of that, unfortunately warranties are often not legitimately offered unless sellers are authorized resellers.
Also warranties are not transferable if a product is second hand.
