I bought & paid for an item on the 24/3/13 & still haven't received it.
I have been trying for weeks to lodge a complaint & so far all I have received is a nasty email from ebay saying I posted the complaint in the wrong place
so how does one actually lodge a complaint with ebay that will be acted on rather than ignored?
i recemtly purchased 2 items from HOMEBREW HAVEN ON 7/2/21WHICH I HAVE PAID FOR ORDER NO 1168 I HAVE RECIEVED NOTHING FROM THIS COMPANY CAN YOU HELP ME
