eBay are not going to help
They do not enforce warranties
And, unless you bought from an authorised seller/re-seller registered in Australia, there is no warranty
Regardless of what the listing said
If you did indeed buy from a seller authorised to sell it , and they are not responding to your messages, you will need to go directly to the company website or head office instead
It is especially unlikely there is a real warranty when you mostly choose dodgy sellers in China to buy from
Sadly, only the warranties of authorized resellers are legally valid.
All other warranties are just promises (sometimes empty promises), and sellers are not obliged to honour them.
Some people had some luck with PayPal, but it is pretty much "at their discretion". Still, if you used PP to pay and you purchase the item less than 6 months ago, you could try.
