I am not ok with my account since re-opening it after years of inactivity with a new email address .

My old email address was hacked and used as an on line store and now I have entered only a single item and it has been deleted or retracted.

I do not have any other relatives living in the apartement block with me who has the right to sell my items on my behalf.

My bank account has also been compromised since opening up my account with you.

You have'nt opened an account with other members

Have you notified your bank?

Have you reported the compromised accounts to eBay

Back when your account was used to open an online store, did you report that?

You need to do these things, other members can't do them for you

And posting here is unlikely to get eBay to act unless they *might* read your post
