legitimate or phising scam?

after a purchase i get a prompt immediately to the right of the expected delivery date that says my ebay purchase comes with a chance to win iphone 6s, it appears to be a adchoice powered ad. When i click it iam return to what looks exactly like an ebay page with the adress :

claiming i can win a brand new Altima and some leggit looking T&C's. I havent seen anything like this advertised by ebay and it requires i fill out my personal information. Just wondering if this is legitimate or a phising scam to try and collect information from the unaware. Hopefully someone here knows

The bait smells off to me with at least one inconsistency. Apparently it's a chance to win $50,000 but after clicking the link (see below) it's reduced to $5,000. A deliberate typing error to deceive or accident? Either way can't be trusted. Once they have your information there's no going back. My information is already out there from my naive moments over the years.
