my message box shows 1 message when I have none in any box.

my message box shows I have 1 message when I have none in any box. and I have looked right through my messages for an unread one but there are none. This has been the case for weeks now. How can I reset it back to zero unread messages?

Have you checked all your sub folders and Rubbish,Archive ,etc?

Sometimes an unread message will be in one of them.
