The so called new and colourful ebay message system has deleted all my messages and folders. Says I have one unanswered question then gives me a picture of an empty letterbox, saying there is no message. All records are gone, statements, sent messages and everything else, just gives me about 5 of the most recent offers from Sellers. Anyone else having this problem?
