I am not receiving any confirmation emails after purchasing or when items are sold I no longer receive any emails even when I respond to messages and tick the box for send copy to my email address nothing turns up.
Have tested emails locally just seems to be with Ebay.
And do you realise how difficult it is to get cusomer support. Have tried going through the contact us area and go around in circles because there is nothing that relates to my issue. very frustrating.
