Having set our store (another account) to holiday mode while taking a break; we're noticing we still have overdue postage notifications for orders recieved when in holiday mode.
Storefront and all listings are showing we're away, but the back end office is glowing red with overdue postage reminders.
Curious if this is 'normal', and if anyone else has/is experiencing the same?
