"***PHISHING***" at the start of subject line of some ebay e-mails I have received??

Some of the e-mails from ebay that I have received today, have the word ***PHISHING*** in the subject line.  They were informing me that one of my items had been sold.  When I logged on, the item showed as sold accordingly.  Should I be worried, that this is not a legit ebay correspondence? Can anyone tell me what this is, btw also ***SPAM*** emails came through, but not from ebay.

Is this your only Selling ID?

If it is then you have nothing showing as selling in the last week.  How did you log in....was it through a link in the email?

If yes, then you need to change all your passwords and run a deep virus scan on your computer immediately as your account is compromised.
