sending pattern photos

I have a request for a copy of a pattern one of 8 in an item I am selling which I am happy to do as the person already has a copy of theitem but has lost the pattern page. Ebay just tell me the message is over 90 days and I can't send them a message even to tell them I can't send a message. Any suggestions?
