weird attachment sent to customer

Can any one tell me why just recently when I have sold an item...ebay send an unsolicited email like this? and a copy to me ?

That is the whole point....the message does not mention winning an auction.  The wording acknowledges that the buyer has used BIN and is encouraging them to pay immediately.

If you actually read an email sent for an auction win it tells the buyer to enjoy their item and to pay at once so the seller can send their item.

It is just two different emails encouraging the buyer to pay at once no matter whether they bought at auction or BIN.

As it is sent by ebay I don't think it can be turned off but you could have a look at your preferences.
