when I look at someone's feedback I cannot see the item that it relates to.

When I look at anyone's feedback I do not get the link to the item that it relates to, for the most part there is just two dashes --

Sometimes I get a description but not a link to "view item" Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong??

I can view these on my tablet but not on my PC

I appreciate any help
