where can I put in a COMPLAINT email

I have been accused of not paying for an item. I contacted the seller with a question regarding the depth of a tub and I said if the 21cm depth was correct it was NOT suitable for my needs. It was 21cm so I didn't want it.

I COULD NOT ASK THE QUESTION unless I clicked on the buy/purchase button.

THIS IS NOT MY FAULT.

To receive an email like this is upsetting.
