why are my watching items disappearing not able to bid, unfair to buyers and sellers

Have missed out bidding due to unannounced servicing. Sellers not getting fair prices, buyers can't buy. Can't contact ebay site not available, not surprising must be heaps trying to complain Very dissatisfied
