why does my shopping basket not appear on the Australian site?

One seller, two different listings for different colours of item on sale. Seller will combine postage but shopping basket does not appear on the Australian website, only if I go through UK or USA website. Even on the UK and USA site, the items are treated as two separate purchases and do not allow seller to combine postage.They only work for combining postage on multiple items from each site.

There is no place to request an updated invoice from seller to reduce the postage for combining postage from the 2 sales, though seller has agreed to do so.
