why does my cart icon show one item in it when there is nothing in it?
Why does anything weird happen on eBay?
Just ignore it; it will eventually go away.
Try clicking on your cart.
It should show nothing in your cart, and when you leave the number should hopefully disappear - it's worked for us in the past.
Usually because you recently had something in the cart. Just click on the cart and then exit the cart and it should disappear.
