why does the message :~recover webpage~ now start coming up every time I am browsing through ebay

I have been using exployer with my Dell Computer for 6 years to work on buying & selling through Ebay but now every time I browse to buy items it always asks me to ~recover webpage~. Why now this is happening?

IE won't work with many websites. I stopped using it on eBay many years ago because of numerous problems with it.
