Click and Send

Can somebody please give me some info on click and send please.

I have registered for C & S and have bought some satchels, but what do I do now?  Sorry for the dumb question but I have not sold anything that requires a satchel delivery for a long time, so I have no clue.

Baby steps.....please.

Thanks

Char

Click and Send

the click and send tutorial is quite painless

basically, you should have ebay satchels, 500g and 3 kg, they have a plastic window where you can insert a packing slip

sign in to click and send

request import ebay item - it will pop up with the item you have sold

it fills in the addresses

choose your method, for example, for 500g satchel use the code 39712

keep clicking and clicking and clicking to confirm

pay by credit card or paypal

print out  your label

pack your satchel and seal, insert the label, take it to the Po, they will scan it and give you a receipt

You do need to be careful of the addresses - often a member will put in suburb, city. Which will put the city in the suburb box and generate an error because the postcode doesn't match.

Also if they think they live in a suburb and AP think they live in a different one. In those cases, I do a search for street number, street and postcode (or suburb) to get the correct address. Otherwise you cannot complete the form.
