Today, I received an item I had ordered from the World of Books. It is supposed to be a book named 'Imperial Hubris: Why the West is Losing the War...... Instead, it is named 'The good appreentice' by Iris Murdoch which I have never ordered.
I have been a Ebay customer for some time and this is the first time that happens. What action can I take to get the book I had ordered.

Well Vincent,as your transaction is with the seller of the item you need to contact them. Remember you are not buying from eBay.
If you are unable to come to a resolution then follow the steps to open a dispute to the right of the item in your purchase history.

Could I ask why you ordered from World of books? I am courious. They do not / will not give a proper item description nor will they promise the same edition as the one advertised.
email book with packing to the seller.Explain what the problem is.Keep your fingers crossed your item, the one you ordered did not get sent to someone else.Keep your fingers crossed you do not have to send the book back to them as they are in the UK
Hopefully this will be sorted
