Hello:

Can any booksellers please let me in on the secret that is accessing Nielsen Book Data for pre-populating the 'Detailed item info' eBay listing sectiong from Nielsen Book Data's only bibliographic details?

Plenty of Australian sellers use it, and it does a great job of filling in:

- Description

- Key features

- Dimensions

- Description

So what secret club do we need to become a member of to access these wonderous facilities?

There MAY be an option at the top of the 'sell your item' page to prefill info.

I don't have it any more as I kept unchecking it; it has now gone away.

Be aware that the Nielsen data is not always correct, and it is specific to ISBN, not particular editions. It also leaves you open to having fiction predetermined as textbooks, or children's books. Examples that I have seen.

I also saw one where Nielsen had the incorrect author name. I think I was one of only two sellers listing with the correct author.
