All Inbox messages are gone........

Hi all, in the many years I've been a member, this has never happened to me. 

I haven't been on EBay much in the past year, does anyone know whether messages are being deleted after a period of time? 

I wouldn't waste your time asking, if it was possible to contact EBay customer service, but it's not.

Yes, they are deleted I think after 90 days.

Messages are archived after a certain amount of time - if you go to your messages, click Archive on the left hand side. My archived messages go back to November.

However, you can choose the option to have all your messages also sent to your email, so you can keep them forever. It's somewhere in the preferences, I think.

Hi there, thank you, I'm sorry I haven't checked replies until now. My archive folder is empty.

All my messages have been selected to be emailed to me, but it's the first time ever that my EBay inbox is empty. 

I had many, many messages in there...........
