Ebay AU taking me to Paypal China

Just curious if this is happening to anyone else.

When I go to pay my ebay fees it keeps sending me to Paypal China (chinese writting ) 

I live in Au , sell in Au and have never been to Ebays China site or paypals China site - why would it send it me to the Chinese paypal site ....not the first time it has done this either 

Going bald from scratching my head about ebay lately !

if you go to paypal.com.au and log in - and then re-click the link going from ebay -> PP to pay the invoice, it should then show you as already logged in. if it doesn't there's something suss with the website.
