Hey guys, I noticed that my Main picture is not showing in the search page. Im not the only one

has anyone else spoken to Ebay about this issue. I was chatting with them today and they really dont have a clue.

My main pictures on most of my listings are not showing on the search page and I noticed that many other people are having the same issue. Search for your items and see if you have the same problem.  It seems to be pulling variation pictures and making them my main picture which is absolutely pointless, and with my listings without variations the main picture IS showing.... Damn bugs!!!

Need advise please.

On one of my listings the entire description had disappeared. When I went to revise the listing the description was there but not showing up on the listing. I had to put it back in again. My only suggestion is to revise your listing and change the main photo then change it back again or delete your photos then try adding them again. It may not work, but may be worth a try.

On futher research I have noticed that the main picture only shows if there are no variations. If there are variations then the variation picture shows on search results. It is definitely a bug as every listing that has variations and variation pictures I have looked at (everyone elses too) are not showing the main picture unless you click on the listing.

This is absolutely rediculous as I have colour variations and amount variations so the first picture could jeopardise my feedback if they receive something other than the pictured item. With over 500 listings I cant go in and change every listing it would take me a week and wouldnt be accurate to my listing unless variations are removed. Check yours if you have variations and complain to Ebay, Everyone reading this please check your variation listings in the EBAY search engine.
