How do I search All catogories listed within 200ks of my location?

Can I search ALL CATAGORIES within a certain kms  or is this option not available any longer and you can only search 1 catogory at a time?

 I have been able to search for individual items (one at a time) under all catagories within 50km of my post code, but in saying that, every search I do, I have to change it back to all catagories each time I start a new search

In my case I am looking for both an exercise bike and a treadmill, but each time I look, eBay automtically changes my input 'all catagories' to 'exercise bikes' or 'treadmills' so every time, I have to again change it back

Enter the following into the search bar by copy n paste - (or,and,of,is,I,if,at,where,when,you,why,how,new,used)

Include the brackets and you should get around 35 million items.

Then refine the distance.
