Hi- I am trying to return a wrong item but going around in circles on e-bay as it says that I need to look at my purchase history which doesnlt exist even though the item arrived yesterday,
When I click on the seller site, it says their wesbsite is down.
How can I send a Q to E-Bay to get assistance?
